After doing some more research, I think that if we keep the resort somewhere in Washington, it should be either along Route 101 or Route 12, both in Western Washington. These areas are fairly removed from Mt. Hood, Crystal and Whistler, but have cities and towns large enough to justify building. Also, keeping it near a freeway would make it easier for people from Seattle and other cities to get there easily.

Also, the Olympic Peninsula might be a good idea because they already have glaciers we might be able to draw cooling from.
